If a prospect clicks on your e-mail, they must be taken a landing page that has a consistent look and feel to that of the e-mail, otherwise they might get confused and navigate away. Your landing page should include content that is relevant to the e-mail and once again, a clear call to action. Testing is critical to the success of your campaign and on that basis HTML e-mails that we design are always tested on major e-mail clients such Outlook and Entourage as well as all the main free e-mail providers such as Googlemail, Yahoo and Hotmail.
